Troweled Skim Coat Micro ToppingList Item 1
Hand troweled "skim coat" Will NOT self level. Available in cream or gray colors. Can be tinted. Must be sealed with water or solvent based sealer.

Self leveling OverlayList Item 2
3/8 inch minimum pour. Will self level any damaged floor. Fills recesses up to 1 inch thick. Availabale in gray or cream color. Can be tinted. leaves an "as is" flat ready to use nice surface. Must be sealed with water or solvent based sealer.

Tru "PC" With Salt & Pepper Aggregate
This is an "out of the bag" pre mixed overlay self leveling with aggregate. Dries to a glossy sheen with a natural "terrazzo" look or "salt & pepper" small aggregate. Can be polished to a high gloss! for an additional cost.

Polished OverlayList Item 3
We pour standard "out of the bag" Self leveling overlayment and then diamond polish it to a wondefull shine. We break the cap and use a succesion of diamond pads and then we apply densifier and a sealer finally a high speed burnishing leaving you with an art deco masterpiece under your feat.

Stained & Polished Overlay
Same type of installation as "Polished Overlay" but with the introduction of pigmented powder dyes or integral liquid dyes.

Custom Polished Overlay with AggregateList Item 4
Any polishable overylay can be used with custom aggregate. You can embed stones, metals, shells, any natural stone or glass aggreagte for a 1 of a kind custom floor.
